We can learn valuable lessons from complaints and compliments. Your feedback may well improve things for everyone, and in some cases, allow us to put things right.

We aim to provide the highest possible standard of service to our customers. We recognise that sometimes things can go wrong and sometimes things go well. We want to hear from you about our service and homes so that we can understand what we might improve and, in some cases, put things right.

All complaints will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy and no one will be treated unfavourably as a result of making a complaint. The policy includes information about the Independent Ombudsman scheme. Please note that the Ombudsman will not investigate your complaint until you have followed the procedure outlined in Cirencester Housing’s Complaints Policy.
