Are you a great Property Services Manager looking for a new role within a small team where you can use your skills to really make a difference for our tenants and the organisation?
Cirencester Housing is a small general needs housing registered provider with 165 homes primarily located in Cirencester Town and the surrounding rural communities for the past 70-years. We have a small staff team that is passionate about offering an individual personalised service to our customers.
Even though we are small, we provide comprehensive services to our customers that are equal to the best in class large social housing providers and meet the requirements of our regulator. We offer additional value to our customers by appreciating that every situation is different and focusing on understanding and caring for our tenant’s individual housing needs.
You will be motivated to ensure we deliver high-quality, customer focused property services. Working with the CEO, you will deliver the organisation’s asset management strategy. Our property services include the repair, maintenance and investment in existing homes and development of new affordable housing. We do not have an in-house repair team, so you will be responsible for the management of contractors.
Since our property portfolio is relatively small, this role is flexible working, based on 70-hours per month. You will be responsible for our part-time Property Services Coordinator.
You will use your unique skills, knowledge, experience from life and work to positively and tangibly impact on us as individuals, as a team, the organisation’s ability to deliver our purpose and, ultimately, our customers.
This is a hands-on-role, so you must have excellent skills that will enable you to blend of your professional knowledge and experience to manage the service. This, combined with your preparedness to roll up the sleeves and interact with customers and offer support to your colleagues makes you an ideal candidate.

If you have:
- Prior experience of delivering property management services for or with registered housing providers
- An appropriate qualification in surveying, property & maintenance or equivalent or significant demonstrable technical experience in residential building and repairs surveys.
- Experience of managing and monitoring, and good technical knowledge of Landlord Health and Safety legislation.
- Demonstrable achievement of developing operational plans to deliver strategic targets and are
